When it went on market there were already 12 showings set up. On third day Vivian called said that we had good offers to look at. We meet on friday went over offers, Vivian had already got one to up there offer before I got there. Vivian had all the paper work ready, I signed, 1 week later I sign with Title Co. and had the money. Vivian Benedict did a execllent job in helping me sell my brothers estate and I would highly recomend her.”
